Dying Tree Frogs Listen to the ‘Impermanence’ CD
One of my friends runs an insect store in Ping-Dong City, located in southern Taiwan. After a serious flood hit the area, the water in Ping-Dong seemed to be polluted. Due to this reason, more and more amphibians and insects in the store were ill, especially a group of small tree frogs which were in the pond; they were going from bad to worse.
My friend didn’t know how to deal with this situation. However he had listened to Master Hong Sheng’s teachings and he knew the magic power of the Impermanence CD, which is sung by our Master. Thus he kept playing the CD for these poor “little things”. One of these tree frogs happened to be settled beside the stereo. My friend sometimes took a look in on it, and the little tree frog always stayed in a same posture without moving. In the following days, the tree frogs died of the disease one by one except for a single survivor. It outlasted its “friends” by several days. My friend didn’t notice its death until two days after it has passed on, since its skin was as bright as it was when it was alive.
My friend was so surprised and couldn’t believe what he had seen. Having so much creature care experience, he had never experienced this condition before and this time he finally realized the special power of the CD.

重病樹蛙聽無住
這隻樹蛙往生兩天飼主才發現，因為皮膚色澤一如生前。
有位同參在屏東經營一間昆蟲店，八八水災之後，也許是屏東地區水質惡化，店裡的兩棲類小動物一隻一隻得病，尤其是生態池裡的一群小樹蛙。
當時這位同參也不知道該如何是好，唯一能為小動物們做的只有不間斷的播放《無住》CD的元和妙音，其中有一隻生病的小樹蛙剛好被安置在音響旁邊，他常常去探望這隻小樹蛙，小樹蛙總是維持同一個姿勢動也不動的聽著元和妙音。
小樹蛙的同伴陸陸續續走了，這隻幸運的小樹蛙卻多活了好幾天，直到牠往生的第二天飼主才察覺到小樹蛙好像走了。
為什麼會這麼慢才意識到，因為小樹蛙的皮膚色澤跟活著的時候沒太大的差別，他非常訝異！因為他照顧過許多的蟲魚鳥獸，見過許多蟲魚鳥獸的生老病死，他終於了解《無住》CD擁有一股不可思議的力量。
